Full description
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be picked up and taken to your riad in the heart of the city. Spend the day getting settled in and exploring Marrakech at your own pace. You might want to visit some of the city’s famous landmarks, such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, or the Saadian Tombs.
In the evening, head to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square to experience the lively atmosphere of Marrakech’s night market. Here, you’ll find street performers, food vendors, and plenty of local color.
Start your day with an early morning pickup for your hot air balloon ride over Marrakech. This is a great way to see the city from above and get a sense of its layout and landmarks. The ride typically lasts about an hour and includes a light breakfast before takeoff.
In the afternoon, head out to the Agafay desert for a camel ride through the rugged landscape. This is a great way to experience the traditional mode of transportation in the area and to see some of the local flora and fauna. As the sun begins to set, your camel guide will lead you to a quiet spot where you can watch the sunset over the desert.
