Full description
Leave the hustle and bustle of Marrakech behind for a day as you explore one of Morrocco’s most remarkable natural attractions, the Ouzoud waterfalls. Start your day trip with a pickup from your Marrakech hotel. Hop inside a minivan and enjoy the views as you travel northeast to Ouzoud village. As you drive, hear fascinating facts about the Ouzoud Falls from your guide. After arriving in Ouzoud, enjoy views of the waterfalls which plunge into the basin below. Next, visit olive groves belonging to an argan oil cooperative with your guide and learn about the local Berber culture. Stop to purchase fresh orange juice before boarding a traditional boat to explore the waterfalls. After your boat ride , enjoy a short walk around the basin at the foot of the waterfalls. Finish your tour with lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the falls . Climb a series of stairs to exit the valley to return to your minivan and drive back to Marrakech.

You can choose between a shared or private tour
The walk from the top of the waterfalls to the bottom is steep in areas and uneven under foot. Please come prepared with suitable footwear Lunch is not included in the price. The guide will propose our specially-selected restaurant and here you can decide to join the group for lunch overlooking the waterfalls. It costs around 10 euros and consists of a tagine, a small salad, bread, olives, fruit, and a bottle of water. You can choose to eat elsewhere if you prefer Lunch will be late (2.30 pm onwards) so have a big breakfast or pack snacks The travel time is 3 hours in each direction, with 4 hours spent in Ouzoud There are wild monkeys in the trees around the waterfalls. Be careful not to touch them or feed them but you can watch them and take pictures Group tours will be split into separate language groups only once a minimum number has been reached

An amazing day out in the gorgeous Ouzoud Waterfall, tour guide was super friendly, boat ride was eventful and the monkeys were actually not that scary. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes as their is a lot of walking but it was 100% worth it highly recommended.

It’s a bit of a trip, but the destination is 1000% worth it! The van is nice, which makes the long drive bearable. Ouzoud is beautiful, lots of monkeys and beautiful waterfalls.

We had the most amazing experience doing this trip and 100% recommend. Seeing the monkeys was great and you got to feed them and sometimes have them jump on you. The waterfalls are beautiful too but it is a bit of a walk for those who would struggle. Our guide was amazing too and made sure everyone was ok and enjoying the experience.

The long journey is definitely worth it. The site is magnificent with pretty colors, a bit of freshness, it changes the atmosphere of the city, the hike is pleasant. Our guide Mouloud was very friendly and interesting. I recommend this activity.

What an absolutely amazing experience from apart to finish. we were picked up promptly from our hotel and driven in a comfortable air conditioned van with a stop for refreshments along the way. our guide Redone was absolutely brilliant very knowledgeable and made sure we had the best day. the waterfalls were stunning and the boat ride at the bottom was alot of fun! the restaurant by the waterfalls was great with lovely food for a very reasonable price. would highly recommend this tour it was an absolute highlight of our trip. 5 stars!

Very good excursion, everything was very well organized !! Only small downside where we were only 3 French with a group of English so double translation for the guide, to see for the next times groups with the same nationality. But I highly recommend this excursion!!
